Returns

At this time, Zovi Cart does not accept returns on any products.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Delayed delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control

Exchanges & Replacements

We do not offer exchanges or replacements for purchased products.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

Zovi Cart is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept a delivered order without a valid reason, the order will be considered cancelled by the customer. Any future orders may be subject to additional verification before acceptance.
